Leaving with RTD for first time

I know we talked about this alot in this forum. but I can't find a clear answer or recent expreince.

Is it safe to leave the US using RTD (NOT approved for a GC) for the first time Now days? any recent expreince want to share.

start of the fiscal year is a lazy time for them.

"magic" oct26.....i can't wait.....all nd00, 01 , 02 will be approve by the end of nov or this year, thousands of us.we''ll se results starting from the end of next week.

i heard it like 3 weeks ago , and unfortunately this is no something official.
but somehow i think it must be true.will see soon
