Leaving US - How to file the Taxes for 2002?

I am going to India for good in Apr.
How can I file taxes for 2002 from
India ? Can I expect any returns
of Federal and State Taxes ? (because
I stayed less than 180 days in US)?

Your help is appreciated
 
File 1040 NR

For income earned in 2002 you will have to file return in 2003. Download or order forms by mail from IRS and give your address in India as permanent address.
