Leaving the job

Hi gurus,

My gc was approved a year ago and now I am thinking of going back to school. My wife's case was filed but is still pending.

Can anyone tell if my wife's case will be declined if I leave the job and go back to school? Will her case be affected at all?

If your wife's case was filed as your dependent, your job status shouldn't affect her's considering you have already received your green card. Good luck with school!
