I wanted to know after applying for your citizinship and completing the 5 year period of being in the country. While waiting for my oath, would it hurt if I went to live with my husband in India and just come once in six months and stay here in the US for a month and then go back. Atleast I can do this till I can recieve some feedback regarding my oath. Is it worth it or is it just going to make things worse?? Any suggestions???

as long as you have your US passport. you can come and go to US anytime without any reason to make. However you should return home before 6mos is up unless you have other reasons. This is because of your Income Taxes.
