Leaving country on Paroll

There is always a restriction. Advance Parole is for temporary purposes and absenses from the United States while your application is pending with the USCIS. Always use caution when deciding if and when to travel on Advance Parole.

Advance Parole should only be used if the trip is absolutely necessary and the shorter the duration of your stay outside the US, the better.

The restriction with Advance Parole depends on your circumstances and on what application and/or petitions you have pending with the USCIS and whether they would need some response on your part if you receive correspondence from the USCIS while you are away.

For example. If you are away on Advance Parole and you receive a time sensitive RFE and you are unable to respond in a timely manner, you may be in a spot of bother. The USCIS does NOT put processing on hold just because you are out of the country on Advance Parole, hence my suggestion that the less time you spend outside the country during processing time, the better.

The other restriction would be not to use Advance Parole if you were an overstay/out of status for more than 180 days before you filed your applications e.g Form I-485.

If any of what I have mentioned does not apply to you, then as long as you return before the expiration date, you should be fine.
