I came here on a B1 and converted to an H4 (owing to some special circumstances). I received my H4 approval. My husband switched companies and he received his transfer on his H1. I have also applied for my transfer of H4.
Can i leave the country before i get my H4 from company B ? ( I already have my H4 approval from company A)
I am aware that I have to get my H4 stamped in India. However I will have the new H4 approval by the time i go for the appointment.
