If I have the case number of LCA application filed in Texas under regular process. How can I verify the status of application. Please advice.

I suppose it's Labor Certification Application.
well LC is Labor Certification for Green Card & LCA is Labor Conditioning Approval for H1B.
You can check Current Texas Sesa Date on
http://www.immigration.com/processing-times/sesa.html
if your date is current in process or has been processed your attorney can contact SESA to see if they have forwarded case to DOL... Once your Case will reach Dallas DOL you will get DOL case number & then you will be able to use DOL AVM to check case status over there..
