Change in LCA code # for Extension
LCA number on I-129 form
I am renewing my H1B visa for the first time by myself.
On the form of I-129, my previous lawyer entered 019(other occupations for architecture) for LCA CODE, which is not correct for my job occupation. Now I am filling out I-129 form by myself. I think LCA CODE should be 142(graphic designer).
Will this cause a problem on my renewing visa,
OR
should I enter the same LCA CODE which my lawyer filled out 3 years ago?
