LCA denied between projects -- Plz respond

hi,
I am moving from east to west for a new project and my employer applied for new LC and it got denied. My employer is telling that i cannot start my new project till the LC is approved. What should i be doing? Please help..

I am not sure if we need to apply for a new LC for each projects if we move from location to location?

Your employer is following the correct procedure. "We" don't need to do anything, "he" does.

Your Employer should get LCA for the new locaion.

LCA is filed for H1
LC: is first sep for GC

Your employer is likely represented by an attorney and taking instructions from the attorney. You should do as your employer instructs. Why do you think you can do otherwise? Why would you think a poster on a forum is more informed about your specific situation than your employer? If you attempt to do otherwise, you are likely to be unemployed for cause.
