Does anyone know the requirements for a company if any for it to issue a H1B visa?
I used to work in the US under a H1B visa but lately, I left my company, got a DBA (In Boston) and started a company.
I went to Asia, (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, China, HK) to get fundings and I have factories here.
I will be ready to sell my products in the US early 2005, and a H1B visa would really make my travelling easier.
I want to know if my own company can apply for me a H1B visa. (And if not, what requirements do I need to have before my company can apply my visa)
