Does the processing time on LCs both RIR/Non RIR depend on whether the case is IT or Non-IT? A firend of mine told me that Non-IT LCs have faster processing/approval time? Is this true?
Your friend is right for atleast one DOL i.e. Philly DOL. We have noticed that they are processing Non-IT cases faster then IT cases. Recently some of the Non-IT cases got approved within a month whereas IT cases are taking on average 3 months at Philly DOL.
