LC with new company

Hello all,

I have joined a new company recently which is a government contractors and they are ready to start my green card process. They have not laid off any body in 5 years. I am in virginia. I have two questions.

1. If I start LC now how long is it going to take for the LC to get approved.

2. If I file LC now, due to the economic conditions, will there be any problems.

BTW I work as a software Engineer.

-- Nobody can give you a definite time line check the thread and make a guess for LC in your area again it depends if RIR or Regular
