LC substitution

I am using LC Substitution.
LC has the following in Box 14.
8 years Grade School
4 Years High School
4 College.

Box 15 says "Must have atleast five years of Progressive responsible post graduate experience with java bla bla..

I have done like Secondary School Education(Till 10) and Intermediate(10+2) from Southern State( Andhra P )and 4 years Bachelors Degree .
What is this 8 years Grade school and 4 years high school
mean in the LC.
What about box 15,and how crucial is that because i do not
have 5 yrears exp in java it is coming out 3 years after my graduation.
Can I use the LC above mentioned.
The Experience matches how about theEducation, lawyer
says i am 90% fit.

Your help is appreciated and I am worried about to go for it or not?
 
Education wise you are fine but I don't know how your attorney is saying that you have 90% match. As you said, job requires 5 years of experience and you have only 3.

Regarding education, 8 years of grade school + 4 years of high school is equivalent to 10+2 from India. You also have 4 years of college education and that makes it equal to what LC was approved for. I have doubt regarding your experience not education.

How about education specialization. Does you education say B.E Electrical or Computer or blah..bha.. Does your education speciality matches in box 14. Pl. verify.

The Box 14 says Bachelors Degree,it does not say anything
in Specific about Mech,Chem,Comp...etc.
So I think I am fine as I have 4 years Bachelors Degree

The Box 15 Analysis:
I have 3 years of experience in specified skill(say java)but has 5 years of IT experience.(3+2years as Analyst)But box 15 in LC requires 5 years of expertise .So do you guys think I am fine
with 3+2 years.
Any trouble do u see in this case of mine.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!LABOR SUBSTITUTION

Dear Friends,
I am planning to use an approved labor and file I-140/I-485.
The approved LC says
Bachelors Degree
and in the Major Field of Study Column it says
Computer Science Engg
and in the No of Years of Exp Required it says
2
That is all the LC says.There is no equivalent or any term like that.
Here is my qualification :
I have a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication Engg.
I have 2 years of Expereince which matches exactly with the LC requirement as of the date the LC was filed.
What are the chances of getting my I-140 approved if i go for this substitution.
can somebody help me out and guide me how to proceed further.

I think you should be fine as you have relevant Experience
and Check your Education Evaluation which is done
for your H1.As such in particular what I gained from
this Forum is not necssary to have the Exact Degree Match.
This is my opinion,may be forum guys can give some valuable Inputs

Thank you very much caldude368.I dont have any problem with the experience part.I am little worried about the degree part.I am wondering what could be done to make it a perfect match.
If we get the evaluation done and if the evaluation says that you have a BS degree with comp science major taking your experience and degree into account, will INS accept it and go with it?If we have to submit our certificates to INS while filing I-140.They will see Bachelor of Engg in Electronics and Communitcations,where as the Evaluation says it is equivalent to comp science major as they took the experience also into consideration while evaluating.can some body share their ideas with me please
