LC subsitution - URGENT

Hi ,
I am currently on H1-B visa working for Company A
I have an Offer from Company B who already has a preapproved
labor matching my skillsets which i am planning to join.

1. When is the best time they can start processing for my I-140
and I 485. Can it be Immd ? or do i need X no of paystubs before
my papers can be filed ?

2. Any risks that you may see for LC subsitution ?

3. Do i need to have my H1-B approved for this company or just the receipt no. is sufficient.

Does it have any connection with my filing for I 140/I 485 ??

Any comments / or similar exp. shared with be highly appreciated.

{ If AOS and consurrent filing are your choice, you can start this
immediately. }

2. Any risks that you may see for LC subsitution ?

{ As long as the education and experience are a match AS ON
THE DATE OF FILING OF THE LC then there is no risk. Get
a copy of the LC and look up the FILING DATE and then
compare your qualifications and experience.

When actually filing make sure your experience letters reflect
the same kind of experience mentioned in the LC }



3. Do i need to have my H1-B approved for this company or just the receipt no. is sufficient.

{ I don't think you need to wait for the H1B approval. Let us
see if anyone differs on this ! }

Do you guys have any company or contact information who has approved labor ready for substitution? I am looking for the same as I need to file my GC ASAP without a long wait for LC because I don't have much time left on my H1. Please help me if you can.

I had seen a lot of posts earlier where peole had mentioned about companies having preapproved labors in PA and they were
willing to hire people.

I am substituting an approved labor from Philadelphia DOL, but I live in California currently. My company has offices in both Philadelphia and New Jersey (both under Vermont BCIS). What address should I use for "Alien's future Address" and also which company address should I use? The approved LC had a Philadelphia office address and nothing specified for alien's future residence address.
