LC -RIR approved. problems for 140

Hello
sorry for a huge message :)

I have recently got my Labor certification approved in RIR. I have a Master's degree and 1 yr exp.
Now, for 140, I was about to submit letters from my previous 2 employments. One of the employer did not state the letter same as it is in the LC. For example, I had 'used technology A,B,C,D..' listed under job duties in LC but the employment letter lists only A,B - They are not willing to put C,D because I could not prove them that I infact used them in my job

Because of this, my lawyer is insisting on me getting my labor certification cancelled!!

is there any solution for this? is it not possible for me to go ahead with my 140 at all?
If my labor certification gets cancelled does it impact any other items - such as my job with the company that is filing GC for me, any other risks that I might get into?

Please advise

thanks
sirme

As regards to the job duties/responsibilities on the experience letter, it seems to be very important now a days. I have received an RFE for my I-140 since my previous employers have mentioned my job title and not the job description.

The BCIS have asked me to get an letter from my previous employer again mentioning my job description. Which should be the same on the LC.

I am not sure about your second question/concern.

Your GC labor cancellation has no effect on your NON Immgiration status , work etc ...even one files 140 and suppose even thats rejected still it doesnt have any effect on the non immigration status( as long you have kept it in valid status )

lcauser -

I understand what you are saying.. I thought the sum total of my skills from all the jobs i did prior to my current position should be matching the skills listed in the labor certification. I guess I mis-understood this. I will post in here if my case gets any success at all :>

IPC302 - thanks for replying to this question. it had me worried.. I am maintaining a valid H1B status..

regards
