LC question and H1 extension

If my LC is applied through Company A and has been pending for more than an year, I get laid off, get a H1 with a new company B, and apply for LC again..Can I get the 7th yr extension on H1 still, based on the old LC applied through the previous company A?

Yes, you can use A employer LC Filing date for 7th year H1 you need evidence to prove that LC by A was filed 365 days back
