Hi Guys,

Just got LC approved n Boston DOL.

Anyone can explain all acronysm used in this forum
ND MD RD #@, etc

And basically what is the process. E.g. you file I -140 and x days later you recive an ND, an so forth

Hi vikoviko,

Welcome to the club.

MD- Mailing date is the date you mail the papers to INS
RD- Receipt date is the date the papers reaches the mailroom of INS
ND- Notify date is the date INS sends you a receipt and case no for your file.

Then comes AD - Adjudication date - date of approval which is going to take a long time according to the postings in the forum.

So far it is. But I bet they will merge soon as more and more people start complaining the approval of later cases.
 
My LC just got approved from Boston DOL :cool:
PD 3/8/02
RD 1/9/03
CD 1/10/03 EB2-RIR

Can anyone update me with what documents I need and my attorney said they were planning to file I-140 part 2 and I-485 part 3 together.....any info.
