LC is fowarded

Hi all:

My LC is forwarded to DOL on June 14, 2002 from state. Does that mean the RD is also June 14, 2002? How long take them to put my info into the system ?

Nop, RD is differnt than post date / sent date. You can find out from DOL status line using your company number. It will take couples of days after they received your application.

You forget to mention what state did you file your labor ?
