LC in Pittsburgh

Anybody with approved LC's. Please Post!!!

Anybody out there with approved LC who have applied during Dec 02, Jan 03 and Feb 03. Pl post to help know the trends.

Mine moved to Philly DOL on June 5th and waiting for clearance. I applied at Pitts SESA on DEC 5th. How about your status?
 
labour certification

My company filed the LC in non RIR on April 1st.
I didnot get any update on that.

As per the current timings, it says july 2002.

In this forum, I noticed two approvals they say that
they filed in Dec and got approved in July.

Does it mean the labour processing times are not correct
or what ?

Jagdish,

For some reasons processing times shown on the websites are not updated. BTW- mine is EB2-RIR. I am not sure of the process times for nonRIR.

Yes, now I agree the timings whatever we see are not correct.

My company filed labour in non RIR on April 1st. 2003

Got approved on July 17 2003

I sent an email to my company about the status, then they
replied me about this, also I got a copy of approval notice from
them. My consulting company recd the approval notice on
July 24the 2003.


Hope this clarify the timings.

This is so surprising. For sure, some thing went wrong which turned good for you. That too you filed on FOOLS day :p
Just wondering, What company you work for? and who are your lawyers?

Regarding your "approval", you mean that you get your LC approved or just your case was moved to Philly. Please clarify.

If former is the case, really congratulate you.

EB1/2/3 - RIR/nonRIR?

Was the processing fast because of another labor in another state?

My Pitts SESA date is 10/21/2003 and there is no news from my lawyer about it moving to Philly DOL yet. Mine is EB3-NonRIR.
