LC in non-RIR and alternatives

Hi,

My Labor was applied from CA, in Mar 2003 in non RIR and I am in my 6 th year on H1 ends in Dec 2004. I know that I can continue stay on H1 extensions but the LC in non -RIR may take 4+ years at current speed. So I was looking for some information
on alternatives on continuing to stay.
