Dear Experts,

Currently I work in Boston, MA area. Soon, I will be transferred
to New Hampshire (NH) area. Is NH is a safe place to start
Labor Certification (GC processing). As NH doesn't have
enough jobs published/available to public. Or it is wise to work
and start LC in Boston area. Please answer me above questions.
Thanks in advance.

I am also planning to change my employer if i can find some good company or somebody who could sponsor me in NH. ready to spend anything. I know NH is current in RIR and also in non-RIR.

thanks

LC from NH

I have been informed by my employer that the LC application from NH is taking 2 yrs to approve at both the State and DOL level together.

Is this right? The dates seem to be current.
