LC in another State

I am being sponsored for my GC by a company in NJ. Therefore, I was thinking LC will be done in NJ. However, my attorney was telling me that the LC should take place either at the company HQ or Client location depending on how long my contract is for. I was hoping for LC to happen in NJ as I only have a limited time on my H-1 and California where my client is, is processing very slow.

They file for the Labor where ever the HQ is unless they have branches where the beneficiary currently resides. When the file for LC, make sure the Lawyer mentions something like 'The person will be temporarily relocated to client locations as needed' or 'unspecified locations' in the job description. This will take care of your problem.
