This forum has been my only support and source of information. I really really wish, pray and hope for all of you who are in 2001 and 2002 and are stuck..

I had a 45DL back in 2005, replied of course within days and they then promptly closed the case due to a supposed non-reply. We had the reply certified and could prove they'd received it. They finally agreed to re-open in Sep. 05. I got a second 45DL when they did this January 2006.

My case was approved 10 August, just found out. No where was that silly old chart about the retrogression dates?

VA EB2 - Labor approved

Hi All,

My Labor application was approved on Aug 22nd and I received the letter from my lawer today.

I had contacted VA senator Gearge Allen for my case.

Below are the details:

PD - May 31st 2002
EB2, VA
Labor Approved - Aug 22nd 2006

One suggestion to all who think that their PD date is passed, please contact your state senator with a request to look into your case. In 3-4 weeks you will see good news coming to you door step. There is no particular format for the request letter. Just make sure that you have your case details and justifucation for your request to him as to why he will look into your case. They will send you a privacy release document that you will need to fax it back to them with your sign. Once that is done, senator office will take care of the rest. They are really professional and get the job done for contacting the dept. of Labor in just few days.

Hope that we all come out of this waiting period soon.
