LC Approvals from PBEC ( new)

Labor Approved, but attorney not yet got the approval letter

Hi,

My labor PD: Mar 2005 was approved and I got a mail from PBEC last monday that it is certified.
However my attorney hasn't yet received any communication yet. Did this happen to anyone else?

3 more people from our firm got approved.

Our labor was filed from CA, around October 18, 2002 EB3 (RIR)

Finally it is my turn to share good news (didn't think this day will ever come!). After 3 yrs and 7 months labor was approved. Copy of Approval letter dated May 8 was sent by employer today.Thanks to this forum for providing so much information and support to clueless sufferers stuck in this labor mess.Hope all you guys are out of this blackhole at the earliest.

I don' t know what good this labor cerification for when the retrogression is not moving at all. Doing my karma of applying for I-140 this week , and let me see what god thinks about it.

Congrats on yur approval

What is your State and when did you reply 45 day letter. If you the Date when the State send your Petition to Federal ( not to PBEC) mention that as well
