Congratulation, you got LC approval finally. I have a question for you. How do you know that your case was closed by error. Does anyone know how to check the process for our case? It seems that we are unable to check our case status except someone go through government department. In case our reply for 45 day letter missing, how can we find out it?

I got the letter from PBEC saying my application is certified-- I am kind of surprised. I was not expecting it to be certified before the end of this year.

Priority date : Jan 2004 Philadelphia SWA -- NON RIR

Why do you repeatly post the CA June 2002 approval? I think it has been posted no less then three times in this thread. Every time I thought it's a new approval but every time I got disappointed coz I'm from CA.

Came to know about 2 approvals from my Lawyer yesterday
1) PD: 2003-April Alllentown P.A.
2) PD: 2003-Jan NJ

I have no other info.

Thank you everyone for having this active forum to help all of us out there going through this non-reasonable, unbelievable long wait. The moment will come for each one of us.
