You should file I-140 you can file 485 whenever u PD became current.

I have been an active reader of this forum, heard some news from my company's HR so wanted to share with you all.

They got 2 approvals recently

1. Feb 2002/RIR/NY - approval date: 3rd Mar,06
2. Apr 2004/RIR/NY - approval date: last week of Feb,06

I tried but could not get more details like case #, 45 days letter details etc..

Thanks to you for this thread ! Its clear now that PBEC is runnng at some where between Feb 2002 to July 2002, other than some exception approvals of year late 2001. We haven't seen any approval of Aug/Oct/Sept 2002.

My Labor was approved on 1st March. My attorney informed me today.As my date is current looking forward to apply for next stage. Thanks for everyone's support and help. May everyones dream come true in next few months and no one needs to wait for 18 months.

ladies and gentelmen..i'm so happy to tell u after long 6 Years of waiting i got LC. Approved today. i will move to the I-140 line now, and i hope i do not wait for long time cause i'm getting old and tired. thanks every body and hold one i did not for 6 years

lost my PD. in MArch 2003
Fight to get my PD. back to April 2001

how do i know if the 45-day reply letter was received by PBEC???

My co-worker had noticed from PBEC that they did not received the 45-day letter, and they informed that the case was close.. what should my co-worker do with his problem?

Approval Date: Not known yet (will update soon)
Case Status : Labor Approved from PBEC....
