I got good news from my lawyer regarding my labor approval.

PD: 7th Jan 2003

Labor approved under RIR.
State: Delware
Region: PBEC

Though on 1st Feb 06 we filed PERM application under conversion but before application was closed under RIR, the labor was approved.

What a wait.

Without any offense to your enthusiasm to compare the approval to your case - I would suggest let us not argue here and instead mainatin this as a Approval Thread.

Sometimes if you see all the posts of that Particular person who got approval you can find further information. If you want to discuss his approval I wlll suggest that you use other Forums

Hello all, Just wanted to share some news - got my LC Approval notice dated 02/23/06 today!
 
Happy ...

I am happy to post 2nd approval in a single day and to see that in total there are 3 for the same day. Let us hope this trend continues.

Finally

details of approved labor:
EB2 RIR case
Case was filed thru Washington DC
Case was received by DOL on November 30, 2001.
Got 45 Day Notice Letter on :: April 12 2005


The funny thing is I spent $200 to consult with a Murthy lawyer the day before and was ready to go ahead and apply PERM labor as I had an earlier approved Priority date(current) from an earlier approved I-140.

Good luck to all you who are waiting - hope it happens sooner than later.

Hello Guys
Finally I have received my labor approval letter in mail today.
I just wanted to share this new with all of you.

Here are the letter details if anyone interested:
The letter was dated Feb, 27, 2006.
It was mailed on March 02, 2006.
Received in mail on Today March, 06.2006.

Question & Need suggestion:
Should I file my 1-140 or wait for the dates to become current?

Thanks a lot for all of your efforts. May everybody come out of this hell soon...
