My Attorney/HR combination screwed the RIR process for few of us here.
They basically didn\'t advertise through paper and normally recruit through internet and SESA rejected that argument. Now they are sending a letter to SESA asking to consider the application in non-RIR. And, the attorney basically now telling us that; our HR will conduct a recuruitment effort and then ask SESA/DOL again to move the application to RIR. Also, they are telling me that my original PD will be valid for everything except LC processing.
PD was in July , 2001 for EB2 -- RIR for original application and California.
Does this sound logical, or are these guys playing stupid and smart? Having suffered a setback already, I am not quite comfortable with this explanation and wanted to run it through you folks.
