need to know the following if somebody can help me out:

When you receive the final approval from Regional DOL what exactly do you / your company receives?

a) 750 A + 750 B
b) 750 A only
c) 750 A + 750 B + Separate Approval Letter
d) 750 A + Separate Approval Letter

I appricate your help. Thanks in advance.
 
You will recieve a cover letter from DOL saying application was approved along with 750 A & B.
