LC approval After NOFs

I am creating this Thread to track all the lc approvals after receiving NOFs. I know that there are different kinds if NOFs that have been issued. But I think with this thread all the people who have received NOFs can gather information on how the BECs are processing these cases. I have also received an NOF and the lawyers have rebutt the case. There has been no information since then.

We ( the company and lawyers) are also thinking of applying to convert from TR to RIR. I will let you know once we start processing that.

Approved after receiving NOf

online status - CERTIFIED NJ AUG 2002 RIR EB2

Mine online status shows CERTIFIED after more than 4 years.I had a NOF requesting more info on recruitment which was replied October 20th.

Hope i receive my documents ASAP.

Labor denied: On line status

Hi all please help me out here,

My case is CA, RIR, EB2, PD Aug 2002, Case # P-04********
I got NOF regarding on Oct 18th 2006 regarding the "RIR process report not acceptable and need to provide lawful reasons to reject the candidates".
We rebutted on Oct 24th giving detailed RIR report.
Now my on line shows "Denied" from 11/15/06 on wards. Earlier to that it was showing "In PROGRESS".

Does this denial means only RIR is denied or entire Labor is denied. Please let me know what needs to be done. I am in trouble now.

Finally it is my turn to share the good news that this morning my case showed as " certified" through the online tracking website. I can not believe it at the first place and checked a couple of times. Hopefully to receive the hard copy soon and go to next stage.
