After looong time of waiting and negotiation (since September), we finally ended the advertising (March 21st) and started waiting the quiet time ( end on April 22nd). I learned today that there were layoffs in the engineering, not in the same unit as my husband, but still engineering.
Will this mean that we need to wait 6 months to apply for PERM?
