I just heard from a internal source that my company is going to have a big layoff. this very likely will affect me. I just want to be well prepared if that really happens. Here is some basic info:
NSC EB3
RD : 7/16/01
ND : 8/23/01
FP : Done in Jan/02
Currently on H1 until April/2004
EAD valid from May/2002 to May/2003 although I haven't used it yet.
My question is, what happens if after being laid off, while I am looking for new jobs, INS issues a RFE for employment letter?? and how to get a attorney to take over my case from my "EX" employer's HR??
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
