LayOff before 1-485 Approval & Less than 6 months after Filing I-485

All,

I would like to know what happens if employer layoff\'s employee before
I-485 final approval and less than 6 months of filing of I-485.

In this case Finger Printing was done and received by INS .

Need to file similar job

If the employee finds similar job (whatever similar means to INS),
he/she will get the green card (provided there are no other grounds
of inadmissibility).
