Lax man! Any news on RFE case

No news so far.. about two months ago my lawyer
talked to IIO and was told that my file is with
an officer.. I am not sure what\'s going on.. but
no news.. Please keep me posted if you hear
anything..

what was your RFE for ? When was it replied and when INS received it ?
 
REF for I-140, Jan/Feb

WE have applied in Jan/Feb for amended I-140 because
of M & A. I applied in Feb and I believe Ramesh applied
in Jan.. So far no news..

Unfortunately, INS does not approve the I485 until the new I140 is approved. Therefore I would suggest that it would be helpful for you if you send FAX inquiries about I140. My I140 which was filed in March was approved in 2nd week of August and my case is still pending.

Thanks.. My attorney has been sending FAX inquiries for the last three months.
No replies from INS.. just waiting
