Thx for your help. Here it is:
1) (I-485 RFE): Please submit notarized form I-134 Affidavit of Support from the applicant's spouse.
2) (I-485 RFE): Please submit a letter, on company letterhead from the applicant's employer attesting to applicant's job offer or continued employment and a brief description of company's business, the applicant's specific duties, and level of compensation.
The 1st query is for my husband and 2nd one for myself. I am done with 1st.
I got the format for my employement verification from this web site. Here its is:c(just so you know my salary in labor is 72000$)
