Hello everyone,
I am portable to change the employer under AC21. And my new employer
had sent all the supporing documentation to USCIS. Along with that I have
also sent a letter stating I am withdrawing current attorney as my representative and for any future communication contact my new employer's
immigration department. Now how would I confirm that the attorney change has been taken place in my case. Can I call USCIS. Why I am asking is
my new employer's immigration dept folks told me that I just have to send the letter instead of G28 form. Because there is no new attorney is representing my case.
Also I heard that USCIS never looks at AC21 filing if submit proactively, if that is the case then how would my attorney change would take place.
Do I need to send another letter separately. Please advise me how do I confirm the change.
Thanks in advance.
