can you give me some address to good and cheap lawyer (long beach) in NY? Or maybe someone from you live in Long Beach (ny), and we can meet and you can help me prepare documents to waiver? Of course, I will pay you.
I need a few advises.

for example:
how to fill out DS-3035, and if can i write at "a statement demonstrating why i want to receive a waiver" that: "i want to study here and change my status from J1 to F1, because i'm student in my country, but here I find a great university with program of study which i can't find in my country"?

good lawyers are not cheap.

You can always leave after J-1 program and reenter with F-1 visa. You don't need a waiver for F-1 visa.
