Lawyer certified copies for H-4 visa

My wife will be applying for her h-4 visa soon. I believe she has to provide lawyer certified copies of I-129 and LCA.

Does the lawyer have to sign every page of the I-129 and LCA? What exactly do they have to write on the copy of the I-129/LCA for it to be considered lawyer certified?

It has started 8-9 months back
If she is applying H4 in US consulate in India then she needs I-129+LCA of H1holder to be certified by lawyer, lawyer knows what is certified document, he will stamp every page and sign it. She also require all the other documents for H4 visa
