Here\'s my detail :

RD : 3/8/01
ND : 3/16/01
FD : 8/17/01
EAD/AP : N/N

AVM updated from "case not found..." to "was received on..." on 11/23. (I know it\'s the Thanksgiving weekend but it\'s not fake :))

I spoke with II0 last Wednesday (Nov 21).
They were still processing RD of FEB 15, 2001
and had not assigned any MAR RD cases.

PD MAR 2000
RD MAR 1, 2001
ND MAR 12, 2001
FP AUG 9, 2001
EAC# EAC-01-123-XXXX
My AVM changed from \'Case not found\' to \'Case was recd ..\'
after I spoke to her.

If someone has spoken to IIO this week and knows the latest RD being worked on that will be the latest news.It will be atleast
2 to 3 weeks for approval after they open the file assuming the
file is order and INS officer is a nice person.
 
Can I get VSC AVM telephone number

I do not have RD & ND with me, can I check my status as well as my wife by calling IIO VSC. Please help me on this. I knew my lawyer filled my I-485 in Feb \' 01. Please provide telephone number for VSC.

I know you can get the RD and ND from the IIO if you have A# or EAC# with you. I only had my EAC# provided by the lawyer. I found the ND from AVM using the EAC#. I got my RD from the IIO when I called last week.

A# is printed on the EAD card.
 
AVM Changed

Good news, AVM changed yesterday started says not found to received on ---.

The AVM says \'case received on ....\' this message is there since April 2001, never changes.
 
Has anyone called VSC this week to verify the latest approving date?

Are they still stuck with Feb 15th? It\'s been quite a while for that date.
