latest pay stubs...help

Dear all,

I don't have the latest pay stubs for an H1-B transfer. The last i had are

dated Nov 7, 2004. How can i apply for a transfer in Jan, 2005.

Please help.

Last two months from the day you filed your H1.
Rfe may come July 2005, still you have to submit Nov & Dec 2004.
If you are laid off, attach documentary evidence so that your attorney make up the storey. Do not delay. More delay means INS deny

u mean if i was laid off Nov 7, 04 and my visa was applied for on Sep 28, 2004. Then i need to show Spetember and August 2004. I was placed on the project on august 2004.

What is rfe? thanks so much....
