Latest NSC Processing Times

I just saw the processing times as of 05/31/02 for I-485 Employment Based Adjustment to be 05/01/2001.

The date has moved exactly by one month from 04/01/2001 to 05/01/2001.

Hope NSC maintains atleast this pace.

I read in this forum that NSC is processing June\'s case. Then why processing date shows May 01, 2001.

Just a Typo!

I have seen exactly same thing at the same site. It should be 06-01-2001. They will change it in a few days. Trust me.

Hello All...I got a chance to speak to IIO recently and she told that they were processing until 06/05/01 as of 06/06/02. I spoke to IIO for 10 minutes over phone. Trust me she told that they are processing until june 5th 2001.

It has a different meaning I think !!!

All the cases with RD before 1st of May are processed and if they didn\'t get RFE they are approved. I may read that information like that.

I hope you are right about the June processing dates

My feeling is that NSC has posted an earlier date officially so they can say they are meeting the necessary deadlines and don\'t have to worry about answering too many fax queries.
