you must be some unlucky one who called thousands time but couldn\'t get through? just be patient,, plan for 3 hours, you will finally get through. don\'t blame anyone else.

When I first time call them, they didn\'t ask my #A, ( I did FP by 2-24-01). I also say ( are you sure my FP in computer system. they say " yes"),
