"Last Updated" Date got changed 3 TIMES with in 15 days ??? - 485 pending

My "Last Updated" Date got changed 3 TIMES with in 15 days on 06/01/04, 06/07/04, 06/15/04.
And My wife's "Last Updated " got changed 2 times 06/01/04, 06/07/04.
FYI: My finger prints got expired yesterday (06/14/04).

EAC-030-575-xxxx
RD=11/21/2002
ND =12/13/2002
FP =March 14 2003

Is it due to finger prints expired ?
Any RFE is in pipeline ?

Meaning for LUD according to USCIS...

* Note on "Last Updated" date (LUD):
Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email Notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message.

I heard lot of people got approved after Finger Prints expiry (15days).
 
I am assuming that they approved you before 6/14, only the status has not changed. Also LUD changes after couple of dates after something happened with the application. This is my guess as per my experience.
 
Lets put it this way (per experiences read on this board), it only updates when something positive happens on your case :)
 
I feel better now. Hope things will be positive very soon.

Even my case status changed on 15th June, but no change in the actual status. Still the same "On April 6th, recd response to RFE............crap".

I guess it was because of the 2nd FP results recd by USCIS as 2nd FP was done on 8th June.
