LUD Changes

I dont want to sound pessimistic about it here. But here is my case why I do not trust the LUD.

My 140 ND: 06/05/03. (Still Waiting Patiently)
My 485/EAD/AP ND: 12/19/03.

My EAD AD: 05/28/04 (Approved)
My AP AD: 04/26/04 (Approved)

First of all - The LUD on EAD/AP still show 12/19/03 with pending message on it. Additionally I did not get any Email notifications when my EAD/AP was approved though I check dozen times in a day.
 
We are trying to find patterns. It is true that LUD, if not updated does not means nothing is done, but certainly means something when updated.

Exactly 2 weeks from the last update ( 6/2/2004), the status has changed today (6/16) with RFE. Also got email in my account.
So, In my case, Status got changed in 2weeks from last update.
 
140 LUD updated - RD May 3rd 2003

My LUD on 140 changed for the first time today
140/485 RD - May 3rd 2003
FP done March 16th 2004.
