Last Update date Changed

My last update date is changed today, but no changes in message.
I did my 2nd FP on 1st May and my EAD and AP was approved on 05/17.


Anybody in same boat.

did my 2nd fp 8-03 lastupdated 5-6-04 no chnage in message or anything.
Some have gotten approved in 50 days others wait.
Actually has happened to my other application w/o change in message or anything.

Last Update Date on my case changed too, but no change in the message. I did my FP2 in the last week of April. Looks like there are some other people whose Last Update Date changed today as well. Check out ..

I wonder if they have a program that they run to do some checks on the files. Based on the some other postings, looks like the date changes for many people at the same time. Does anyone know if that's the case?

Guys, please let us know if anybody got approved soon (or how long) after the last update date changed.
 
Last update Date changed to 06/14/2004 for mine and my wife's case too but no change in message. I recently applied our EAD and AP renewals. May be the change is because they joined our renewal applications with 485 applications. It may also be because of my finger prints which they received on June 1st. Good thing is both our cases are getting updated/touched at the same time.
 
I think the last update date changes after FP2 results are recd. My date has not changed for 1.5 yrs- since FP1- despite everything- incl recent FP2 done. :confused:
 
Guys when you received your FP2 has your message updated? Was there any change ?

Or does it get updated only after the receipt of Finger prints results from FBI ?

Please post your experience in this.
 
My Last Updated Date Changed too !!!!

We did our FP1's on 2/8/2003 and it was last updated on 2/13/2003 about finger prints received..blah..blah...blah and since then no updates.

Just today both for me and my wife's updated dates are changed to 6/14/2004 but the message stayed the same. Did not submit any applications lately and no FP2 either.

I am totally confused guys. What the hell is going on ???? :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

My wife and I did FP2 on May 30 at Newark. However, neither the status message nor las update has changed in either case. Is that normal?
 
I did my second FP in January 13th. They updated it on Feb 19 that time the message changed to FP received on Jan 15th blah blah.... Today the last updated date changed again without any change in the message.... Any Guess what's in store
