I got my I797 and the attached I94 today from the attorney and noticed that the last name is spelled incorrectly. One letter in the middle is missing from the last name with 9 letters.
I had pointed this out to the attorney when we received the receipt notice, but it doesn't seem like he corrected it.
I am traveling abroad tomorrow and will be returning in 4 weeks time. Last name spelled incorrectly - is this a matter of concern at the POE when I return to the country? I am not planning on going for visa stamping as I have an unexpired H1b visa on my passport.
Please share any experiences or comments you may have..
