Labor Approval: 05/12/2005
140/485 filed concurrently: 05/24/2005 (Category EB2, California Processing Center)
140 Approval: October 14th 2005
Finger Printing Notice: 12/13/2005
I called USCIS and they said that my case is in name check for 1 year. I am already current with my PD. Any body in the same boat? What should we expect next. Has contacting the congressman or congresswoman helped anyone in the past?
