last entry to usa

I am trying to fill my forms to apply I-140. It asks my last entry to usa. I went to Cadana for landing and went there later for photo taken. The first time I got stamp on my passport from Canada side and nothing from USA, although I was asked into the building to answer some questions from an officer. THe second time, no stamps from either side. My question is if the second trip is my last entry to usa. But either time I got new I-94 card. Please advise. As always, my attorney does not know.

Logically a new I-94 card would mean an entry.. So the latest of all of those cards U have is the last entry ...
[Hmm U should have at a given point just one of those white cards .. as U are supposed to deposite the same prior to leaving US .... wonder what they do with those cards ... later ... never saw them keeping in the safe place.]
