Last Day Approvals

Hi Gang
I talked with my attorney and he mentioned that all service centers are approving many cases on the this last day. I got approval email in next minutes of this discussion.

I was informed by my attorney last week that my file was assigned to an officer but "Name Check" was pending.


Following are milestones of long GC journey.

I-140
ND: 12/18/2002
AD: 05/16/2003
I-485
ND: 12/18/2002
AD: 06/30/2005

3x EAD and AP
2x Finger Print Code 1
1x Finger Print Code 2

1x Address Change


I want to thank you all esp. Rajiv & Team. I hope many of us get their approvals before July 1st. Good luck to all.

I will be the happiest if it happens .. response was received by USCIS on 24th .. LUD changed 27th,28th and 29th and no change today yet.. checking mail every 1/2 hr. Thanks

Just got my and my wife's approval !!!!! I had given up hope totally... as today being the last day for approvals... until october

RD - March 27 , 2003
PD - April 11, 2002
RFE - Wife and Self (Wife birth affidavit; bonafide marriage; medical dates)
RFE received - 6/27

Approved - 6/30 !!!!
