HI every one :
thanks you all for the valuable info that you provide to us ,,

actually i confused with the period on which you know your result for selection on dvlottery it is from may to july every year , but some people got NL before that date and not after july 31 th , okay what is the use of make it available to check the result (ESC) up to june of next year ..

plz i request you all to clearify me although my question seem to be silly .

According to KCC, 1st NLs are sent out between May and July, but some applicants do receives them in April. Sometimes, some winners never receives their letters - either lost in post, taken to a wrong address and or somebody who lives with you knowing it's a lottery might hid it from you. There are various ways in which NL may not be received. That is why the online checks are there for us to find out if we have won or not. If you find out that you are a winner by using the online check, then you can inform KCC for them to send you another package or direct you what to do.
